Precompiled binaries are available for Windows (32-bit) and Linux (32-bit and 64-bit) platforms. These also include an example options file, an example perl script to run the program, a tutorial and an R script that processes the output of the admixmap binary to produce useful tables and figures.
You can download the latest binaries for Linux (x86_64 and i686 architectures) and Windows (32-bit) from this page.

If you want a version for another platform, you will need to compile from source code - download admixmap-x.x-src.tar.gz from this page, unpack and follow the instructions in the INSTALL file.
